Use Caboo with clear boundaries.

Caboo provides managed Gateway setup, approved service catalogs, auth.md discovery, verified-booking flows where configured, one booking rail, customer dashboards, billing flows, and maintenance support.

AI-assistant behavior changes over time. Caboo exposes the action surface and records evidence it can verify; it does not guarantee a specific number of agent visits, recommendations, signups, bookings, or purchases.

You are responsible for providing accurate business facts, approved policies, safe booking or checkout rules, and authorization to install or publish changes on customer-owned sites.

For Gateway write rails, you must approve the action boundary before Caboo enables production writes.

An agent can only complete a booking or purchase when a machine endpoint is reachable and a real write rail is enabled behind that profile. Read, route, and intent tracking are useful, but they are not completed transactions.

Published-slot booking is not live calendar sync. Slots must be reserved for agent/online booking or be the only booking workflow for that service.

Paid subscriptions, setup work, and consulting engagements are billed through the checkout or invoice path presented at purchase. Stripe handles payment processing.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees cover the selected plan or scoped implementation work and do not guarantee a specific number of recommendations, bookings, purchases, or AI-agent visits.

Do not use Caboo to target private-network resources, misrepresent another business, submit unlawful content, abuse booking rails, bypass rate limits, or collect data without authorization.
